Hey there
I’m writing my first full-length novel. And I decided to write it in public.
We’ve all heard of entrepreneurs building their products in public. Maybe I’ll be the first author writing her novel in public?
The idea behind this is simple. I want to build a community of readers who are invested in the journey and the novel before it’s even out. I don’t know where this will lead me and for how long I can keep this going, but the idea is to document every step of the process.
I want to celebrate the wins, hunt for lessons in the losses, and be my most vulnerable, authentic self as I take my readers with me on this journey.
Taking a step in this direction, I’ve started posting short videos on Instagram and YouTube that document my writing process. These videos have taken off, giving me more views than I’d ever received.
But they’ve also presented a major problem: How do I divide my time between writing and documenting my journey?
In this post, I’ve talked about how I manage my time productively, giving my creativity the space it needs to nurture.
Hope you liked today’s message. Note that I create this newsletter for you weekly with lots of love. If you’d like to support me, here’s a link to buy me a book.
If you found this letter useful, don’t forget to forward this to a friend or ask them to sign up for my newsletter. It’s free, and they’ll mostly leave with a smile.
That’s all from my end today. I’ll see you again soon. Till then, stay strong. Keep smiling and be awesome.
With love,
Anangsha.
That sounds great Anangsha. Good luck for your Book!
