Fun stuff only authors know, part 2💜

When you've published a book, you can walk into any bookstore or book-themed cafe, and leave your book on the shelf.

I've left copies of my books on shelves at bookstores, cafes, hostels, and even AirBnBs of different states and countries.

I usually leave a message for the reader with my Twitter and Instagram.

The best messages are those of strangers who stumble upon my book in some traveller's hostel, and send me pictures of their favorite passages.

To think that your words made someone's travel memories a little more colorful. Isn't that special?💜

This is the most romantic and fulfilling part of being an author.

It's a feeling I wouldn't trade for anything else in the world.💜
