Happy Bohag Bihu - the Assamese New Year
[New Challenge Alert] I reverse-engineered a Northeast-Indian festival into a 7-day routine YOU can apply. Read on to know more.
Hey you!
Today is Bohag Bihu - the spring festival that marks the beginning of the Assamese new year.
The festival has 7 days marking 7 different forms of festivities.
I took the rituals and reverse engineered them into a series of activities and journal prompts you can apply any day. These will help you get past a dark phase and begin life with renewed vigor.
This is the first time I've attempted an article like this.
Basically, it's a 7-day activity modeled after a Northeast-Indian festival to give you hope if life hasn't been good to you in the past few days.
It's about how you can channelize the spirit of Bihu to gain a new perspective on life. ❤️
Read on, apply these steps, and embrace the transformation it brings about.✨
A 7-Day Routine to Move Past Pain and Embrace a New Beginning
Don’t forget to let me know what you think.
I’m starting this activity today. That’s right. April 15th is “Day One” for me. It’s going to take lots of courage and patience, but I’m willing to stick through with it.
Spending ten minutes per day on self-improvement for seven days is the least I can do to try and be a better version of myself.
Are you willing to take on the challenge?
Reply to this mail to let me know if you’re in. I’ll share my Notion templates with you so you and I can win this battle together. I’ll also send you daily emails updating on my progress so you don’t feel you’re alone in this.
Let’s crush our goals together.
Love,
Anangsha
