Writing Online & Making Money From It Require Different Skills
The realization that cost me SEVEN years of my life.
Hello dear friend,
It took me SEVEN years to learn that writing online and making money from writing online are two different ballgames.
These require two completely different skill sets.
Just because you're good at writing online (i.e. you have a huge following, a strong personal brand, or get millions of views on various platforms), you won't necessarily be good at monetizing your fame/skills.
If you feel stuck in that hole, I know how that feels.
I've been writing online since 2014 and have achieved incredible milestones.
My books have collectively sold 12,000+ copies worldwide.
I've had people on the streets recognize me and ask if I'm the "Anangsha from Quora."
I've had strangers write heartfelt notes to me saying how my articles have improved their life.
But I've never made much money from writing until the last year.
To make sure no other writer has to be broke again, I've made a video just for you.
Check it out here, and don't forget to let me know your thoughts.
If you have a writer friend who you know has immense talent, but lacks the proper tools or guidance to launch their writing career, share this video with them for good karma.
What are your thoughts on these two being two different skills? Let me know by leaving a reply to this email.
I just launched a 5-Day Live Training Program to help writers who aren't sure how to take the first step in their writing journey, but have potential and BIG dreams.
Do you know anyone who might benefit from this? If yes, please connect me with them. :)
Lots of love,
Anangsha
